In May, a long-standing O.A.S. arena record was broken when a 14.97 second run was posted. In June, the unbelievable happened and that record was shattered with a 14.63 second run clocked by Darryl Bruce, Tony Distefano, and Jeff Diegel, in the #10 class! How low can we go?!
The first two shows of the four-part Bill Fraser Series have been completed and the final two shows were held July 21 and 22 at the Okotoks Agricultural Society Arena. Each member of the winning teams of the Open, #10, #7 and #5 will receive jackets, when all the points are tallied.
Things will heat up in August, when the final two shows, produced by Ed O’Reilly, are run as teams and individuals continue to vie for the fabulous year-end prizes up for grabs, such as custom silver Becker buckles and Bob’s saddles to name a few!
